A team is defined as a group of people working together. Pretty simple concept you would think! Have you ever coordinated a team to get an important job done? Have you been involved in a team that just does not work? The notion of team is far more complex and potentially problematic than many individuals and organisations may think.
Have you ever considered taking a barometer check of what your team members think about their team? As a point of reference get your team to fill in this score card below. It will give you a bench mark as to what people think are the key issues facing the group. Is your team one of high performance or is it one of why bother? You may give you significant insight as to what really is happening.
